Job Description
Are you passionate about human resources and organizational culture? We are currently seeking a talented and motivated intern to join our Talent & Culture team.
As a Talent & Culture Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, training and development, and performance management. You will work closely with our HR professionals to support the implementation of HR initiatives and programs.
In this role, you will assist with recruitment activities, such as sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees. You will also have the chance to contribute to employee engagement initiatives, assisting in the planning and execution of events and initiatives aimed at fostering a positive and inclusive company culture.
We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and a strong communicator. The ideal candidate should be pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A genuine interest in HR and a willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment is essential.
