Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as an Executive / Senior Executive in the Student Leadership & Development department at the National University of Singapore.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing student leadership programs and initiatives
- Coordinating and supporting student leadership activities and events
- Providing guidance and mentorship to student leaders
- Facilitating training sessions and workshops for student leaders
- Collaborating with various departments to cultivate a vibrant student leadership culture
To succeed in this position, you should possess the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Leadership, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in student leadership development
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work independently and in a team
