Job Description
We are currently seeking an experienced Export Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the export processes for our company.
Key responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee export operations, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations.
- Prepare and review shipping documents, including invoices, packing lists, and customs paperwork.
- Communicate and negotiate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
- Track and monitor shipments, providing updates to customers and resolving any issues or delays.
- Collaborate with sales, production, and logistics teams to ensure efficient processing and fulfillment of export orders.
