Job Description
1. Manage duty roster, cleaning schedule & plan for equipment upkeep.
2. Assist in day-to-day service crew deployment & their meal-time arrangement.
3. Manage service crew’s performance, develop training plan to ensure service excellence.
4. Maintain floor order and manage customer traffic.
5. Oversee and streamline all workflows, provide superior with feedback & suggestion to improve productivity.
6. Attend and resolve customer problems, complaints, and service requests.
7. Look after playground safety and handle all accidents and emergency issues.
8. Undertake & execute special projects assigned by the supervisor.
