Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Corporate Account Manager to join our team. As a Corporate Account Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and growing relationships with corporate clients, ensuring their satisfaction and maximizing sales opportunities.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing effective strategies to attract new corporate clients
- Nurturing existing client relationships and identifying upselling opportunities
- Providing exceptional customer service and acting as a primary point of contact for clients
- Preparing sales reports and presenting them to the management team
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet client needs and resolve any issues
To be successful in this role, you should have:
