Job Description
Accountabilities & Scope
You will be responsible for leading the mall operations team in managing the daily operations, maintenance, and upkeep of the mall facilities, through regular building and M&E inspections, compliance to authorities’ requirements, vendor and contract management to achieve the highest standard. You will lead the team in planning and implementing preventive and corrective maintenance programme for the mall buildings, and Asset Enhancement Initiative (AEI) projects if required.
You will also manage the approved operational and capital expenditures, service contracts administration, and draft tender specifications to ensure cost effectiveness and competitiveness are achieved. You will review building’s SOP regularly and ensure full compliance by staff and tenants. You will maintain good rapport with tenants and ensure that tenancy fitting-out and reinstatement works are carried out as per the company’s guidelines. You will ensure that all operational issues and emergencies are attended to promptly and rectified with minimal inconvenience and disruption.
