Job Description
Our client is a Global MNC, one of the leading players in the Engineering sector. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Transport Operation Executive to be part of their team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the West – easily accessible.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate communication among the company’s different departments to enhance efficiency in the movement/operations of the company’s equipment, ensuring optimal transport arrangements.
- Work closely with both internal/external stakeholders to guarantee the seamless execution of the company’s transportation operations.
- Monitor/Enhance the company’s transportation policies, identifying areas for improvement and implementing potential policies.
- Negotiate/Liaise with various external transport providers to identify the best cost-saving methods for transporting the company’s equipment between various locations.
- All other adhoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, or other relevant field of studies.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Logistics/Transportation Operations.
