Job Description

Job descriptions:

• Achieving and exceeding sales targets;
• Managing existing customer accounts;
• Sourcing and opening new customer accounts;
• Collection of accounts payable;
• Providing Technical Know-How and support to customers;
• Handling customers’ feedback and service requests;
• Process sales and delivery orders;
• Any other ad-hoc duties as may be assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum ITE, ‘N’ Level or equivalent;
• Graduates without working experience are welcome;
• Experience in a related field will be an advantage;
• Must possess own vehicle;
• Able to converse in Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking customers;

Working Hours:

• Mon to Fri – 8:30 am to 5:30 pm;
• Sat – 8:30 am to 12:30 pm.

Added Advantage:

• Able to read and write in Chinese to liaise with associates;
• Basic plumbing knowledge;
• Experience in a related position.
