Location: Marine – 60 Tuas Road, SG
Description:
- Responsible for day to day on-site project supervision for conversion/repair of commercial/repair vessels
- Ensure works daily assigned jobs are carried out effectively and productively in order to meet customer specifications and requirements.
- To ensure quality assurance on completed works to achieve delivery deadlines, targets, and no safety incidents.
- Accountable for the safety of all workers and men under his charge.
- Ensure and enforce safety regulations and requirements are complied with.
- Constantly seek improvement in productivity and processes in the course of work.
Requirements:
- Diploma or NTC in Mechanical or Marine related fields.
- Preferably 3 – 5 years of relevant working experience in the marine industry for piping works.
- Able to read piping diagrams.
- Understanding of machinery equipment and its functionalities.
- Understanding of marine classification requirements.
- Knowledge of piping material requirements for both repair and new construction.
- Possess man-management experience in workshops and onboard vessels.
Other Information:
- Location: Tuas Road (Island-wide transport provided).
- 5 days work week.
- Working Hours: 7.25am to 5.00pm.
