Job Description
Project Management Executive
- Work closely with the Manager and other team members to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Attend client meetings and ensure that project timelines are on track (e.g., setting agendas, taking notes, following up on action items).
- Identify potential project risks and collaborate with other team members in developing contingency plans to mitigate them.
- Collaborate with the development team to ensure that project requirements are being met and that any issues are addressed in a timely manner.
- Communicate project status updates to clients and team members.
- Being proactive in ensuring client requests are attended to.
- Establish and offer competitive prices to customers.
- Negotiate purchase pricing with suppliers for competitive advantage.
