We are currently seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for estimating and managing costs related to construction projects.

Your main duties will include:

• Preparing cost estimates, bills of quantities, and tender documents
• Conducting feasibility studies and risk assessments
• Managing project budgets and tracking expenses
• Preparing progress reports and valuations
• Analyzing financial information and recommending cost-saving measures
• Collaborating with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure cost-effective project execution

To be successful in this role, you should have strong mathematical and analytical skills, as well as excellent attention to detail. Additionally, a bachelor’s degree in quantity surveying or a related field is required.
