Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Assistant Director, Finance. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Director of Finance in managing the financial operations of the company.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assist in the preparation and review of financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
- Perform variance analysis and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Communicate financial results and insights to senior management.
- Manage and reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
- Support the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in finance or accounting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
