Job Description
1.) To handle full set of purchasing process (sourcing, quotation inquiry, negotiation and follow up).
2.) Coordinate with suppliers on quotation to ensure product availability, negotiate pricing and resolve goods return to suppliers.
3.) Check and review suppliers invoice/deliveries against orders.
4.) Export managers plan and coordinate the international shipment of goods and full process of handling inbound/outbound.
5.) Conduct market research to determine market requirement for existing and future products.
6.) Adhoc duties assigned.
