Job Description
- Assist the Building Manager in coordinating and executing daily operations to ensure the smooth functioning of the facility.
- Supervise, plan, and organize a team of on-site contractors involved in both planned and ad-hoc maintenance works.
- Investigate, check, and analyze reported breakdowns and faults to determine their root causes.
- Supervise upgrading projects when required, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with contractors and project teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities and systems to ensure functionality, reliability, and compliance with safety standards.
- Prepare detailed reports and follow up on inspection findings and recommend necessary maintenance or improvements.
- Undertake any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the supervisor to support the overall operations of the facility.
