Job Description
The Service Operations Specialist/Executive is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the service department within a company. This role requires strong organizational and leadership skills to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all service requests and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Monitor service performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance service quality.
