Job Description
- Handle customer enquiries and complaints promptly and in a professional manner.
- Liaise and coordinate with Operation department to expedite smooth and on-time delivery.
- Provide solutions for non-complex problems and only escalate complex problems to superiors.
- Ensure accuracy in quotation preparation, order processing and proper documentation flow to meet quotation deadlines.
- Maintain a proper filing system for easy retrieval.
- Take on a regional coordinator role, dealing with internal and external stakeholders.
