Job Description
Are you a skilled and experienced professional in the field of credit and finance? We are currently seeking a Credit and Finance Leader to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of credit management and financial operations within our organization.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement credit policies and procedures to minimize risk and ensure timely payment
- Analyze credit applications and make informed decisions on credit limits and terms
- Manage relationships with financial institutions and negotiate favorable terms and rates
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
- Oversee the preparation of financial reports and statements
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in credit and finance
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
