Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our team on a contract basis. As an Accounts Executive – Accounts Payable, your primary responsibility will be to manage and process all accounts payable transactions in a timely and accurate manner.
Key responsibilities:
- Verify and enter invoices into the system, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies
- Match invoices to purchase orders and resolve any discrepancies
- Prepare and process payment runs, ensuring proper authorization and timely payments
- Reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve any issues or discrepancies
- Assist with month-end closing activities related to accounts payable
- Maintain complete and accurate records of accounts payable transactions
To excel in this role, you should have a strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in accounts payable and proficiency in accounting software is preferred.
