Job Description

Our client is from the Technology Manufacturing Industry. They are looking for a Sales Engineer to assist their team for the next phase of their business. They are located in the West.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for liaising with building consultants and contractors.
• Accountable for cultivating enduring customer relationships.
• Cultivating strong business ties, particularly with key accounts.
• Optimizing account penetration and ensuring customer loyalty.
• Recognizing potential opportunities and crafting solutions for both existing and new customers.
• Timely updating of forecasts into the system.
• Negotiating value, overcoming resistance, and finalizing sales. Establishing Trane as the preferred supplier through differentiation.
• Ensuring that all activities adhere to specified quality and EHS standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience in HVAC Sales is required.
