Job Description
CURIOUS TEK PTE. LTD. is currently seeking an experienced Analog Layout Design Manager to join our team:
- Lead a team of analog layout engineers in the development of innovative designs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution
- Manage the layout design process from concept to tape-out
- Ensure adherence to design guidelines and quality standards
- Optimize layout designs for performance, power, and area
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior engineers
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in analog layout design
- Proficient in industry-standard layout tools and methodologies
- Strong knowledge of CMOS process technology
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
