Job Description
Responsible for reviewing daily digitalization and production data, work closely with engineering and data analyst to improve on machine down time and productivity. Interview, select, and hire new employees. Recommend promotions and termination of employees under his supervision with the approval of the Operation Manager. Assure that employees are properly trained and display high discipline. Follow customer specifications to produce and comply with environmental management system’s procedures.
Requirements:
- Diploma or higher or its equivalent with minimum 3 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment, related knowledge of Molding is required.
- 5 days work week (8.15am to 5.30pm)
