Job Description
VT RECRUIT PTE. LTD., a reputable company in need of a Supervisor, is seeking applicants with the following qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Supervisor or in a similar role
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Able to work long hours with prolonged periods of standing
- Must be available to work on weekends and public holidays
Responsibilities:
- Setting daily, weekly, and monthly objectives and effectively communicating them to employees
- Organizing workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules
- Overseeing and coaching employees
- Identifying issues in efficiency and suggesting improvements
