Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Process Engineer to join our MSAT team. As a Senior Process Engineer, you will play a key role in optimizing and improving our manufacturing processes, ensuring efficiency and quality throughout the process development and scale-up stages.
Your main responsibilities will include developing and implementing robust manufacturing processes, conducting process validation studies, troubleshooting and resolving any process-related issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement.
To be successful in this role, you must have a strong background in process engineering, with a focus on MSAT operations. You should possess excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in process engineering, particularly in the MSAT field
- Proficiency in process optimization, scale-up, and process validation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
