Job Description
TALENT MARKETPLACE PTE. LTD. is currently seeking a Temporary Cluster Assistant Paymaster. As a member of our team, your responsibilities will include:
- Responsible for the accurate and timely processing of payroll for all team members and casual labours.
- Maintain strict confidentiality at all times of all information related to payroll records.
- Coordinate with the Human Resources team to maintain a complete and accurate database of employee particulars and salary details.
- Ensure proper documentation and approvals are obtained before making any changes to payroll data and employee records.
- Review daily timesheets of all team members and raise queries to supervisors for any discrepancies noted.
- Prepare monthly payroll reports, payroll journal entries for posting and updating into accounting records.
- Responsible for the Hotel’s daily cash collection and to issue, control and maintain all Hotel cash floats in accordance with the policies and procedures.
