Job Description

Handle personal and household matters for the executive.

Responsible for property and facilities management, including hiring of workers for maintenance, renovation, and other tasks where necessary.

Responsible for arranging and monitoring the day-to-day operation for the household.

Travel on business trips with the executive to China, Hong Kong or other countries, usually on short notice.

Handle flight tickets, hotel accommodation, and visa arrangements for the executive.

Planning and organizing events (e.g., birthday parties, VIP dinners, etc.)

Handle other ad hoc assignments as required.
