Responsibilities

• Receive and verify the accuracy of incoming goods with proper care
• Sort and place materials on racks, shelves, or in bins according to pre-determined sequence
• Pick goods accurately based on sales orders in an efficient and timely manner
• Re-pack goods for distribution and create packing lists
• Ensure received goods are in good condition and report any discrepancies
• Store goods according to safety standards for smooth handling
• Maintain accurate inventory records using a computerized system
• Process customer orders into the system
• Conduct stock take as required
• Adhere to work schedule and demonstrate good attendance
• Promote teamwork and respect among customers, co-workers, and supervisors
• Maintain a clean and organized store
• Adhere to company and store policies and procedures
• Perform any other duties as directed by Superior/Manager

Requirements

• Minimum GCE ‘O’/’N’ Level or ITE certification
• 1 to 2 years of working experience in store/warehouse preferred
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work well in a team
• Basic computer knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)

Remarks

Working Location: Kaki Bukit (company will be shifting to Bendemeer Road in Aug 2021).

Working hours:

• Mondays to Fridays: 8.00am to 4.30pm / 10.00am to 6.30pm
• Saturdays: 8.00am to 12.00pm / 9.00am to 1.00pm
