Job Description
- To be responsible for creating accounts for legacy, Rescuer Network, ISS, and TPAM.
- Shall keep track of posting orders and up-keep the record in Active Directory (AD) up to date.
- To conduct monthly account reviews on all accounts (e.g. WOG, Legacy, ISS, TPAM) to identify any dormant accounts and recommend their removal to SCDF.
- Take ownership and responsibility for queries, issues, and problems assigned to the Desktop Support Engineers.

- Works with vendor support contacts to resolve technical issues within the desktop environment.
Escalate issues and involve experts wherever required to resolve issues quickly and handle authorized desktop applications & Microsoft or related security patches/Policies.
Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot printers, computer hardware, and any other authorized peripheral equipment.
- Performs general preventative maintenance tasks on computers, laptops, printers, and any other authorized peripheral equipment.
Performs remedial repairs on computers, laptops, printers, and any other authorized peripheral equipment.
