Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Engagement Executive to join our team. As a Customer Engagement Executive, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our valued customers, ensuring their satisfaction, and ultimately driving customer loyalty and retention.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing and resolving customer queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Providing assistance and support to customers to ensure a positive and seamless experience
- Proactively engaging with customers through various communication channels, including phone calls, emails, and live chat
- Identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products and services to customers
- Collecting and analyzing feedback from customers to improve our products and services
