Job Description
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Performing Artists Manager to join our team. As a Performing Artists Manager, your main responsibility will be to guide and support artists in their careers while ensuring their success. You will be responsible for organizing performances, managing contracts, and handling all administrative tasks related to artist management.
Your duties will include scheduling rehearsals, booking venues, and coordinating performances. You will also negotiate contracts with record labels, booking agents, and promoters on behalf of our artists. Additionally, you will handle all financial aspects, including budgeting, invoicing, and managing royalties.
To excel in this role, you should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with artists, industry professionals, and stakeholders. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities are vital, as you will be handling multiple projects simultaneously. The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines is also crucial.
