Job Description

We are currently seeking a motivated and organized individual for the position of Assistant Key Account Manager. This role involves supporting our Key Account Manager in managing and developing relationships with our key clients. The Assistant Key Account Manager will work closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure exceptional customer service and the achievement of sales targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Key Account Manager in driving sales and profit growth through effective customer relationship management.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends.
  • Prepare sales reports and analysis for management review.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, becoming a trusted advisor and key point of contact for all their needs.
  • Assist in negotiating contracts and agreements with clients.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to provide valuable insights and recommendations.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in sales or account management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
