Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
REQUIREMENTS:
- Min Diploma in Engineering or relevant
- Knowledge and exposure to ISO 17025 and ISO 17020 is a must. Certification is a plus.
- Min 2 years of working experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist Technical and Project Team in day-to-day documentation for the project.
- Managing the flow of documentation within the organization and keeping documents up to date.
- Ensure traceable and quality documentation through the use of internal ERP system.
- Able to handle audits.
- Submission of documents to Clients for review.
- Maintain staff records.
- Support HR dept with training application data entry and submission.
- Assist with documentation control and ISO-related matters.
- Manage office equipment maintenance.
- Provide other ad hoc support to immediate superiors.
