Job Description
To provide day-to-day technical support to end users and ensure the smooth running of operations.
- Perform monthly maintenance for hardwares on site
- On rotational 24/7 standby to attend any site issues during after office hours and weekends
- Responding to client phone calls, emails, messages promptly
- Troubleshoot hardware and software related issues on site
- Install, configure and maintain hardware devices and software applications
- Maintaining good client relations
- Track and manage fault reports
- Support project team during new project deployment
- Communicating with clients to ensure that services are delivered effectively
- Promptly following up on service requests and providing customer feedback to management
