Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Receives and greets patients who come for Radiological examinations. Register patient and prepares them for the appointment, ensuring all documents are in order.
- Bills patients and checks and collects payment
- Schedules appointments. Explains to patients instructions to follow for the appointment for simple and routine procedures.
Requirements
- Minimum GCE O Level qualification
- Hospitality and frontline customer service experience will be an added advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and computer literate
