Job Description
We are looking for a HR Assistant to join our team at HAI LECK ENGINEERING (PRIVATE) LIMITED. This position will be reporting to the Head of HR.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the department
- Assist in the recruitment process from on-boarding to off-boarding
- Apply, renew and cancel foreign workers work passes
- Preparation of employment contract and any HR–related letters
- Training administration
- Maintain employees’ database, leave records and maintenance of stall personnel file
- Perform daily administrative duties to ensure smooth running of the office operations
- Assist in any ad hoc projects assigned from time to time
Job Requirements
- Diploma in HR or other relevant qualification
- Min 1 year of working experience in a similar capacity
- Sound knowledge of Singapore Labour Laws, Employment Act, and MOM WP procedures
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced & dynamic environment
- Uphold integrity and remain highly professional
Working hours: Monday – Friday: 0815am – 1800pm
