Job Description
Our company, Jellyfish, is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Director to join our dynamic team. As an Account Director, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a portfolio of clients, developing and maintaining strong and long-lasting client relationships, and driving business growth.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients and provide exceptional customer service.
- Lead and motivate a team of account managers to ensure successful project delivery.
- Identify new business opportunities and work closely with the sales team to secure new clients and contracts.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to stay ahead in the industry.
The ideal candidate for this position should have a strong background in account management, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a proven track record of driving revenue growth. A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
