Job Description

In charge of the day-to-day administrative operation of the Clinic
In charge of the Clinic’s Staff and Customer Scheduling
Handle incoming customer inquiries and feedback via email, WhatsApp, and phone call
Assist in processing orders, and ensuring administrative documents are in line with HQ
Provide ad hoc admin support to the department if assigned

Job Requirement

Good Interpersonal and Communication Skills
Good Conversational and Written English and Chinese
Able to work as a team and independently
Proficient in MS Office Application
With related administrative work experience would be a bonus
5.5 days work week
