Job Description
As an IT Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between the IT department and other business functions. Your main responsibility will be to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, and translate them into technical specifications that the IT team can understand. Additionally, you will collaborate with various stakeholders to identify areas for process improvement and propose innovative solutions.
To excel in this role, you must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with a deep understanding of business processes and IT systems. You should be able to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and possess the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Experience with Agile methodologies and knowledge of industry-standard software development practices are also desirable.
