Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual to join our dynamic team as a Senior Associate/Manager in our Human Capital Division. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resource management within our organization. Your primary focus will be on developing and implementing effective strategies to attract, retain, and develop a talented workforce.
You will work closely with senior leaders and department heads to identify key human resource needs and develop policies and procedures that align with our overall business objectives. Additionally, you will provide guidance and support to managers and employees on various HR-related matters including performance management, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and talent acquisition.
To be successful in this role, you must have a solid understanding of HR best practices and current employment laws and regulations. You should be able to demonstrate a proven track record of successfully implementing HR initiatives and driving positive change within an organization. A strong ability to build relationships, communicate effectively, and influence decision-making is also essential.
