Job Description

Accounts

Matching and verifying sales and vendor invoices.

Timely updating of accounts receivable/payable.

Performing invoicing and data entry in the accounting system.

Following up on collection of overdue accounts.

Preparing weekly/monthly debtor & creditor’s aging.

Maintaining proper documentation and filing.

Generating payment vouchers to process payments.

Administrative

Preparing quotes, invoices, delivery orders, etc.

Keying in data entry for the database

Responding to inquiries via emails

Handling other ad-hoc duties as required.

Job Requirements:

1-2 years of relevant experience.

3 – 5 days work week depending on experience.

SG or SG PRs may apply. We do not have a quota for foreigners.
