Job Information

Job Description

1. Manage fulfilment of daily orders from various online platforms.

2. Ensure that products are displayed neatly and sufficiently stocked.

3. Check and update product inventory.

4. Requisite stocks from the main store and retrieve stocks from the cold room.

5. Assist in the packing and repacking of products.

6. Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient handling of sales, products, and deliveries.

7. Handle and follow up on walk-in and online retail customers’ inquiries and orders.

8. Maintain hygiene and cleanliness in the work area.

9. Provide sales and administrative support to the team.

10. Assist in other ad-hoc assignments.
