- Provide training to customers
- Gather requirements, map projects, and create documentation
- Offer guidance on customer processes
- Configure applications based on customer needs
- Document business needs and processes
- Maintain detailed product knowledge
- Understand business requirements and offer technical solutions
- Communicate product feedback and new requirements
- Provide Post-sales support
- Analyze customer reports and provide solutions
