Job Description
As a Customer Service Officer at IVI Aesthetic, you will be the first point of contact for our patients and potential clients, shaping their experience with us. Responsibilities include managing inquiries via phone, social media, and emails, providing information on treatments, and booking appointments. Key duties also involve collaborating with the operation team, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage incoming calls, messages, and inquiries through various channels.
2. Provide accurate information on treatments and products.
3. Assist in scheduling appointments and managing changes.
4. Collaborate with operations to address customer queries.
5. Ensure data protection compliance and maintain records.
Qualifications:
1. Customer support or beauty industry experience.
2. Strong communication and phone handling skills.
3. Familiarity with CRM systems.
4. Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Others:
Work hours: 8.30am – 5.30pm or 9am – 6pm.
