- Obtains history, assesses patient health concerns via various modes of communication.
- Develops, implements, and evaluates care plans.
- Collects data to establish health priorities and interventions.
- Streamlines triage process and shortens waiting time for urgent cases.
- Maintains patient confidentiality and communicates with clinicians.
- Networks with clinical departments to update triage protocols.
- Provides daily updates and training for team improvement.
