- Negotiate job offers and stay updated on recruiting trends.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, CEI Certification required.
- Minimum 2 years experience in recruitment with full lifecycle recruiting knowledge.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and stay informed on employment market trends.
