Job Description
- Help in the preparation of sales quotations and monitor their status through follow-up (training provided).
- Support in updating sales opportunities within sales pipeline reports using cloud software.
- Coordinate with suppliers and customers to ensure timely completion of each sales order.
- Responsible for order processing, purchasing, invoicing, and coordinating with customers on delivery schedule.
- Coordinate with customers regarding delivery schedules and provide updates on delivery status.
Requirements:
- GCE O level and above
- Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
