Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assist in handling and managing customer visit experience.
- Assist in crowd control and manage visitor safety.
- Assist in daily playground cleaning & hygiene related work.
- Assist in managing the playground inventory and storage.
- Assist in operating & upkeeping playground equipment.
- Assist in planning duty roster and cleaning schedule.
- Assist in day-to-day service crew deployment & meal-time arrangement.
- Assist in managing & leading part-time and junior service crew.
- Support day to day admission check-in/out process.
Job Requirements:
- At least 2 years of front-line hospitality or customer-oriented job experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work during peak periods and weekends.
- Good team player with a high level of enthusiasm.
- Experienced in Microsoft Office tools.
Qualifications Requirements:
- GCE ‘O’ Level Certificate.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $2,200.00 – $2,500.00 per month
