Duties and Responsibilities
Job Description
This position of factory crew consists of supporting the operations of the company. You will be working closely with the outlets team leaders. Staff report directly to directors.
Operations
- Perform flour production as according to the instruction guide
- Perform sugar grinding as according to the instruction guide
- Check the sufficiency of processed ingredients for distribution
- Maintain factory cleanliness as per SOP
- Daily cleaning of production areas and walkways
- Weekly spring cleaning
- Upload pictures upon completion
- Follow safety measures strictly
- Adhere to hygiene standards
- Support outlet and catering staff
- Work closely with factory leader
Work Under Broad Direction
Accept additional responsibilities as assigned.
