Job Description:
Answering incoming phone calls and attending to visitors.
Provide general office administrative support, including involvement in office equipment maintenance, and order office supplies.
Handling petty cash claims.
Monthly update for Project Assignment.
Manage the registration process for training courses for workers.
Dormitory arrangement for the workers and service apartments arrangements.
Handle workers’ timesheet.
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Proficient in Microsoft (Excel, Words & PowerPoint).
Good interpersonal skills with multi-tasking abilities.
Able to work independently.
Singaporeans are welcome.
