Job Description

Position Title: Sales Admin Coordinator
Working Location: Tuas West
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9 am – 5.30 pm (One Saturday per month, 9 am – 12 pm)
Salary Package: Up to $2700 + Variable Bonus
Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinating sales team activities
- Supporting daily commercial operations
- Arranging engineers for vessel tasks
- Resolving customer disputes
- Preparing sales reports
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in any discipline
- Good command of English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
