- Greeting customers and offering assistance
- Handling customer enquiries/requests
- Carrying out store opening and closing activities
- Performing various sales functions such as approaching customers, advising, promoting products, overcoming objections, upselling, cross-selling, and closing sales
- Issuing memos for cashier payments
- Maintaining and refreshing merchandise displays
- Handling stock inventory taking, replenishment, and transfers
- Assisting in ad-hoc duties and activities as needed
Job Requirement
- Creative with a keen eye for aesthetics, highly adaptable to a fast-paced retail environment
- Active, energetic, and trend-savvy
- Possessing a sense of responsibility and spontaneity in task completion
- Good verbal, communication, and selling skills
- Minimum “O levels” education
- Basic IT proficiency for using electronic devices, computers, scanners, etc.
